AI Galochka is a Russian platform that turns the search for codes, technical regulations and contractors into one clear dialogue. We do not replace accredited bodies. We save weeks before the application reaches their desk.

The principle the platform started from
Certification should not need a separate expert
Small businesses spend weeks to understand which technical regulation applies to a product, which conformity assessment scheme is needed and where to take the documents. The knowledge is spread across registers, forums and the phones of consultants.
We collected this knowledge in a system that asks questions in plain language and prepares the correct set of documents by itself.
What we stand on
Three rules that we do not break for speed.
Official sources only
Technical regulations come from the valid TR CU and TR EAEU. Contractors come from the Rosaccreditation register. No “gray” bodies and no lists from the internet.
The decision stays with the person
AI suggests the code and the list of documents, but you see every step and you confirm it. The final responsibility is with the accredited contractor.
Plain language instead of jargon
We turn the wording of technical regulations into ordinary questions about the product. Learning the terms of conformity assessment is not the job of an entrepreneur.
How we got here
The platform grew from a practical task: to stop explaining the same things to every client by phone.

Manual consultations
We reviewed applications by hand and saw that 80% of the questions repeat: the same search for a code, the same lists of products, the same questions about the purpose of the product.

The database of technical regulations and the first version of matching
We collected the valid TR CU and TR EAEU in a structured database and taught the system to match a product description with the product nomenclature.

Connecting accredited contractors
We added a check of organizations in the Rosaccreditation register, so that the application goes not “somewhere” but to a laboratory with a valid accreditation certificate.

Dialogue instead of a form
The system stopped being a form with fields. Now it asks only the questions that are needed for the specific product, and it prepares the set of documents during the conversation.

Resident of the Zhiguli Valley technopark
The platform develops as a resident of the Zhiguli Valley high-technology park, the largest site in the Samara region. At the same time, the service is remote: the application is made online, and we work with clients from any region of Russia.
